Price is for 4 man team and Includes Range Balls

Get ready for the The Crusher Club's first annual scramble tournament at Gillespie Golf Course in Greensboro, NC. The tournament will follow traditional scramble format with teams of 4 competing. Tickets are sold per team for $200 ($50 per player). 

Prizes

The prizes are awarded per team and are as follow, 1st $1000, 2nd $400, and 3rd $200. Money will be distributed following the round either through cash or cash app/venmo, if team is not present when prizes are awarded. Spotters will be placed throughout the course to ensure scoring is accurate (pretend we are not there, we are not there to stop you from having fun, just to make sure the scoring is kept fair).

Hole in One Prize

In addition to the tournament prize we will have a hole in one prize and long drive and closest to the pin competitions. The hole in one prize is available to any player who makes a hole in one on Hole 4, 8, or 17. The hole in one prize is a Scotty Cameron Putter.

The Crusher Club LLC Scramble Golf Tournament Terms and Conditions

1. Tournament Format and Rules

• The tournament is a 4-person team scramble format.
• Traditional scramble rules will be followed:
  • Each player on a team tees off.
  • The team chooses the best tee shot.
  • All players take their second shots from the spot of the best tee shot.
  • The team chooses the best second shot.
  • This continues until the ball is in the hole.
  • The team records their score for the hole.
• All teams must use official Gillespie Scorecards, which must be turned in immediately following the round.
• USGA rules for scoring and play apply unless otherwise noted by tournament officials.

2. Prizes and Payouts

• 1st Place: $1000
• 2nd Place: $400
• 3rd Place: $200
• Cash prizes will be distributed at the tournament or via Cash App/Venmo if the winning team is not present during the awards ceremony.
• Winning teams not present will be contacted via phone or text following the event.
• Teams have 2 weeks to respond to the notification of their winnings. If no response is received within this timeframe, the winnings will be vacated.
• For physical prizes other than cash, winners will be contacted within 3 days following the event.
• Physical prizes will be shipped to the winners’ provided address within 2 weeks from the contact date.

3. Hole-In-One Prize Disclaimer

• A Scotty Cameron Putter will be awarded to any player who achieves a hole-in-one on the designated par 3 hole.
• There is no limit to the number of winners for this prize. Each player who makes a hole-in-one on the designated hole will receive a Scotty Cameron Putter.
• No cash alternative or exchange is available for this prize.

4. Entry Fees and Registration

• The entry fee is $200 per team, which includes:
  • Entry to the tournament.
  • Golf cart rental for the duration of the tournament.
• Teams are allowed to select preferred starting times, but these are not guaranteed and are subject to change.
• Official tee times will be announced 5 days before the event.
• Tee times will occur between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM (local time).

5. Attendance and Punctuality

• Teams must be present and ready to play at their designated tee time.
• Failure to be on time will result in removal from the tournament without a refund unless reasonable accommodation can be made by tournament officials.

6. Conduct and Sportsmanship

• Golfers are expected to maintain respectful and orderly conduct throughout the event.
• Any behavior resulting in property damage or posing danger to others or course property will not be tolerated.
• Violators will be required to leave the event without a refund and will be ineligible for tournament winnings and prizes.

7. Scoring and Integrity

• All team scores must be accurate and submitted on the official Gillespie Scorecard immediately following the round.
• Any falsification or dishonesty in scoring will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes or winnings.

8. Weather Policy and Event Changes

• In the event of severe weather or other unforeseen circumstances, the tournament will be rescheduled to a new date.
• Teams will be automatically registered for the rescheduled date.
• If a team is unable to participate on the new date, they may contact The Crusher Club LLC to receive a full refund.
• If the event is canceled and not rescheduled, full refunds will be provided.

9. Refund Policy

• Full refunds will be given if a team decides to cancel at least 10 days before the event.
• Cancellations made less than 10 days before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

10. Media Release

• By participating in The Crusher Club LLC Scramble Golf Tournament, all players consent to the photography and videography of the event.
• Photos and videos taken during the tournament may be used in promotional materials, including but not limited to social media, websites, and marketing content for The Crusher Club LLC.
• Participants waive any rights to review, approve, or receive compensation for the use of these images or recordings.

11. Liability and Disclaimer

• Participants enter the tournament at their own risk.
• The Crusher Club LLC and associated event organizers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.
• By participating, all players agree to release The Crusher Club LLC, its staff, sponsors, and venue from any liability related to the event.

12. Amendments and Updates

• The Crusher Club LLC reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated to participants promptly.

13. Acceptance of Terms

• By registering for The Crusher Club LLC Scramble Golf Tournament, all participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
